Blazers are very talented team. Their future is basically set with Aldridge and Roy. They just need to get a consistent third scorer and play some good defense to be a very dangerous team. If T-Mac does not come back healthy for us then I think it will not be a while before Portland starts to have our numbers.

Blazers, you guys have earned my respect with your determination and your sportsmanship, on and off the court. Brandon Roy, Lamarcus Aldridge, it wont be long when you'll see the playoffs again.

Blazer fans, hats off to you for your great team and organization. Wish you well next time in the regular season and playoffs that you'll definitely be appearing in again.

Blazers were a great opponent, and they'll only get better in the future.

For those who weren't at the game, after the game ended Artest asked Toyota Center to give a round of applause to the Trailblazers for a well fought out series. The Blazers received a standing ovation from Rockets fans.

Congrats to Rockets fans. This was the toughest team we could have faced and im sure has showed this Blazer team how to play playoff basketball. Happy for Ron, Yao and Deke they deserve it.

To follow up here is the email I got back from Blazersedge
[rquoter]And congratulations to you! I was actually less sad to see the Blazers lose this year because they had already exceeded what I had hoped for. We would have lost in the second round anyway. I hope you guys enjoy the trip. You took this series from us, no doubt about it.

    Classy team and classy fans.

The Blazers is a very talented young team that will get better every year.

The players are also classy, they just play ball and don't whine and cry like guys on so many other teams.

Congrats and we will see you again.

i too was very pleased with the team. i'm a longhorn but i bleed red before orange. while i was happy for lamarcus aldridge, at times, he was killing us! they have a good team and it was a joy to watch aldridge and roy. i'm not a fan of pryzbilla tho.... more than anything, i'm thankful we didn't play the mavs or jazz this series. blazers made it a pleasant but fun series.

    thanks portland!!

That's because the refs gave Dallas the series in Game 5 and Utah is a team full of flopping wrestlers.

This series was clean and hard fought by both sides. The Rockets earned the win, they weren't given it by the refs.

Very refreshing to see a fan base with intelligence and class, something that couldn't be said about last years opponent. Portland will be scary good for years to come.

    honestly
a great series, two future stars in Roy and Aldridge, and a great young group of players, once they get martell webster back, they might be dangerous in the future.

Thanks for a great series, Blazers! I can honestly say that you guys will be the team to beat once you get a better PG and Roy develops into the MVP-caliber performer he WILL be!

Btw, no hard feelings if we try to steal Roy away from you guys in the near future!

Good games Houston. Most Portlanders knew going in that Houston would be our biggest threat, we are just happy we could make it a 6 game series.

    Good luck against the Lakers!

    BEAT LA!!
