    I've been suffering with this exact same thing for the last 3 months from picking up a heavy box. It can feel like someone is stabbing you. When I first hurt myself I couldn't even put my pants on it was so painful. Its better now but I'm still getting stiff and taking anti-inflamatories and doing excercise rehab !!!!!!!

    Wafer probably earned himself a nicer contract offer this summer because of what he did last night. Hopefully, his injury will clear up a little better thanks to the three days rest, because we might need him off the bench in LA.
