Which TNT announcer do you prefer, Marv Albert or Kevin Harlan

Is Harlan the guy who says "Bang!" I hate that.

I really like Marv Albert.

 

I like Marv Albert a lot. There's a comedy bit that I heard several years ago where a guy does Marv Albert's voice, and calls an all-star game between a team with all one-syllable names and a team with all three-syllable names. If anyone can find it, I'd love to hear it again.

Oh come on you gotta love that! It's like his go to move, like a Yao turnaround fadeaway from the post. The other one i like that he does alot is when he just says the persons name but he says it in almost a wolverine like growling tone...."RAADMANOVIC!!"

 

harlan, what a great voice he has. he must have picked up a lot of girls with that voice. he will even wake up if the game is a blowout. "kobe byrant with no regard for human life" is the best line in his commentating arsenal.

i hate marv's yes whenever something happens. its so bland.

i wish i had harlan's voice. Harlan and collins are the best in the business.

I prefer Marv Albert. I don't really like Kevin Harlan, but "sucked the gravity right out of the building" and "no regard for human life" were great lines.

 

i like marv better cause he seems like a cooler person. but like everyone has already said, they both sound exactly alike so it doesn't matter. i enjoy them both.

Marv Albert is better, but I actually prefer Kevin Harlan. He's so over the top with the stuff he says, and he gets very, very excited. Good stuff.

No surprise there, since Harlan is always biased towards the Lakers when he's calling one of their games. And the guy practically creams himself every time Kobe touches the ball.
