Oscar Torres: Real deal or just more of Rudy udy T's hype?!

What's the story on Oscar Torres? Can he really be an integral part of next year's team or not? There were some good reports on him early on but he kinda faded out of the picture as the year wore on. I thought it would have been a perfect time to see what he could do since we were out of contention early, but he didn't get much quality playing time. Does OT really have the "stuff" to get quality minutes in the league or is he a 10-12th man at best?
