I hate Drew Rosenhaus. There, I said it again. I'm sick of seeing his ugly mug everywhere when it comes to football. He represents many poor-character athletes. He breeds chaos among teams by constantly having his clients hold out, or demand trades. He's a complete dick, which I think may be a job requirement for most sports agents. And I hope they don't continue showing him. I guess you could say he's good at his job, but I can't stand him.
NFL players get screwed the most. No guaranteed contracts, highest chance of injury, shortest careers. Considering how popular the NFL is I am surprised how incompetent the nfl union is.
File this under the agreement with everyone category. You know the funny thing is that Scott Boras actually seems more personable than Rosenhaus is? Granted, Boras doesn't represent as many bad-character players as Rosenhaus does, but still I was surprised to see him show emotion at the Angels press conference. I know I know, his client died, but still I thought all of these guys were like cold steel and everything so it's refreshing to see Boras as human.

Their signing bonus is their guarantee. If the reports on Stafford's contract are correct, he is guaranteed 41+ million.
How messed up is it that rookies who haven't proven a thing can come in and get bigger guarantees than veterans?
Probably an ass in real life, but I wouldn't know because I haven't personally met him. He's great at his job though, and that should be no recent to hate on him.
The reason I don't like the guy is because if you have a client of his, you can bet that over the length of that client's contract, he is likely to cause some sort of disruption on your team. Most of that, I believe, comes at Rosenhaus's suggestion. If I were an NFL GM, I would try like crazy to avoid one of his clients...
Like your last sentence says, equal blame should be apportioned to the team and GM, rather than pointing the finger solely at Rosenhaus. If Rosenhaus has a history of zealously representing his clients, even to the extent that he and his client don't mind causing disruption to a team's goals, then the team shouldn't be surprised when Rosenhaus continues doing what he has always done.
