Had a tough week. I sprained my ankle on Wed playing ball, following 2 days just worked out my upper body. Ate even healthier. Stayed the same at 201.
I've lost 12 pounds in a month and a half... Down to 206. My ultimate goal is to get back to the low 190s. Damn you college! Oh yea, I'm just about 6'0".
I've been away from this thread for a while for various reasons. BUT, I started back on my health kick on 3/23 and I've gone from 235 to 222 in that time. 13 pounds in 3 weeks. Not bad. My goal is to be below 210 by the summer.
forgot to post on monday but after some lazy days last week and some pizza and beer drinking for game 1 (both things i have avoided in the past 1/5 months) i went up to 271.4 on monday as of this morning though i was was 270.2 hope to crack below 270 by next monday
For some reason my weight won't budge but I can see that I'm getting toned so that's all it matters! I do some running, weight training and aerobic exercises (I'm a fan of Jillian Michaels 30 day shed. It is totally kicking my ass) 3-4 times a week.
^ I stopped posting in this thread 'cuz I saw I didn't lose or gain anything significant like you. I am at 159 again.
Was back down to 176 on monday. Didn't eat much because I had my 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled that week.

Argggh 184 lbs. 6'2. I'm in my required weight range.. (I think) but I don't look it! Darn tree trunk legs.
I started P90X a couple months ago (im 22) and after day 45, ive dropped from 210 to 195 so heck yeah! It works and its actually kinda fun. The diet is one of the biggest things, all i basically did was cut out the junk food and cokes. Doneskies.
I've had an amazing week so far. Next week will be better, because I know I can improve. (I've half ***ed this diet until now.)
