I agree Gasol isn't going anywhere. But I could see Swift or Battier + #4 for the #1 being proposed. This year's #1 controls who gets JW and Ming--probably the highest profile draft picks since Duncan. This puts us in a position to ask for quite a lot just to move down to the 3-5 slots at least. I would be thrilled to get our long term 3 in Battier plus the best available bigman at 4 (Gooden, Wilcox, Jeffries) plus a 5 prospect (Bordchart, Marcus, Ely, Stoudamire, a Euro I know less about) with the #15. Swift I am less sure about but I guess I would think about it and then draft 3s or 5s with our picks.
