Actually his play wed. was the inspiration for the post in the first place!..., I forgot to mention that. Thanks to Rocketfan007. However I only caught the tail end of what looked like an awesome game...

Everyone wish my 2 daughters luck in the rec. league game tomarrow!...The parents are so freaking into it, it's crazy.

Thanks...I actually just help coaching practice. I get to sit with the rest of the parents. My wife gets to coach the games and manage who plays where and when.

    It awesome though.
    U10 France #1!!!!

We coach my oldest daughter. ...The youngest one actually has more natural skills at soccer. The sad thing is her coach has no idea what he's doing.

BTW we have settled on a 2-1-2 formation fulltime rather than the 1-1-3

I thought the same thing, number 2 was phenominal, then I watched the angle at which he struck the ball on the number 1, it was outside foot, falling away and moving your foot at an awkward angle and I was like...wow.

Yeah, most of the shots were awesome, but the footwork and the fakes on #2 were ridiculous.

It would be like Chris Paul crossing over 4 players one after the other and then dunking on the center.

Not a Ronaldo fan by any means, but he scored 42 goals last season. This year it's debatable, but a year ago he was the best in the world by a wide margin. Glad to see he has some competition now.

Ronaldo is a great player, but I cannot stand him (After the two games we lost to portugal no dutch guy can stand him) so i will never say he is the best. But he is amazing.

Messi is amazing. Gerrard is also one of my favorite players. Ibrahimovic is also amazing. Choosing who is the best at the moment is difficult. But IMHO Messi might be the best.

See, that is what I wanted to see. Eff all that dribbling and diving. Freaker ass FAKEr cristiano.

    Zlatan > Cristiano

    I still don't think he's the best, Rocketfan007, ferrari77.

Messi really reminds of Maradona, but Maradona has stronger base. Maradona also had a strong thick body. In terms dribbling, Messi is getting close to Maradona, but he really needs to improve his decision making ability. A lot of times he dribbles too much.

C.Ranaldo is a glorified version Ryan Giggs. He is good, but not HOF kinda good. Player like comes around once every awhile. Pele, Maradona, Zidan, those are the special ones.
