U have to throw the 4-0 season series sweep out the window when it comes to this...its playoff times and teams are more intense...anything can happen

u really think Kobe wants to match up with Artest and Battier for 7 games in a row??

NO he doesn't even though he had success in the reg season....but lets take care of the blazers first

 

Our main bench guyswith Lowry Landry and Wafer are ready to pick it up..Landry is not 100% still but he can still finish around the rim as well as Lowry (who can get the foul callls) and Wafer is just explosive...Im not too worried about our bench since they are pretty solid....its Artest we have to get going early and Yao getting a lot of touches throughout the game...thats the two important things for the offense

 

I dont care what anyone says, but YALL KNOW DAMN WELL that LUTHER HEAD is this year's X-Factor!!!

 

Remember guys we had an open competition many years ago - fans participated in designing new Rockets Logo(... and then we had that stupid "shark-Rocket" logo out of that).

Since the coaches could not figure out how to beat the fronting defence, Can we have a similar competition among fans - HOW TO BEAT THE FRONTING to help out our team.

May be the output of brainstroms from thousands of fans will wake up RA from his "ball-movement" nap.

Just sick of the inabilities of Coaches and players.

Our playoff lives all depend on whether or not Ron Artest finally understands that he hurts the team when goes into that "possessed" mind state that makes him think he is unstoppable.

Coach Adelman has to stand up to Artest at some point and take away playing time if he won't stop being a ball hog.

 

You can't blame the coach for the players' inability to execute the game plans and inability to be able to run the plays that would help to beat the Frontining Defense.

You can't blame the coach for when your 7'6 Center fights for position, gets knocked around, gets hammered, gets slaughtered, gets murdered, but get called for an OFFENSIVE foul...

David Stern needs to check himself and his damn Refs before this game loses more fans and more of its integrity... Guess who was one of the refs during our series against the Mavs? DONAGHY

I kinda like the idea of the rockets starting the playoffs on the road

there is more pressure on portland to win then the rockets

obviously they have to win one eventually but not right away
so it should be a bit easier to steal one on the road

We need this first game though to set the tone and lower the blazers confidence

I don't get why people say the blazers are the hottest team entering the playoffs...i think the rockets are pretty hott too minus the last game in dallas in which we did play good till the end

 

Just get out of the 1st round..
