Don't forget we lost a superstar?

We are without one superstar Tracy McGrady. However we are not the only team that is the case. Last year Lakers were without Bynum, we were without Yao Ming. This year Spurs were without Ginoboli and Boston is without KG and of course we are without TMac.

Last year we won 22 in a row, half of them without Yao. This year we are in a strangely similar situation where we rose from 7th seed to one foot into the 2nd seed before falling down in the last 20 minutes. Now the playoff comes.

You may be wondering why I mentioned all these teams in the beginning who were without key players. Well, the similarity between lakers last year and spurs/boston this year is that I have no doubt that these teams will make it past first round. Now, the question is, can Houston do it this year? Only time will tell (actually we can probably tell after the first 2 games). Lets not be the exception to the rule.

One last thing, all of those who thinks Portland will be an easy target, i beg to differ. They have not just one, not two but THREE defenders capable of defending Yao. And you can just bet that two of Przybilla, Oden, Aldridge would loving to front Yao the entire game. Yeah, it DOESN'T look good. it sure as hell won't be easy getting wins, especially not with the way we played last night in the last 20 minutes. Keep that in mind.

Oh and, add Magic's Nelson to this year's mix.
