When does the playoff schedule come out? Is it tonight or tomorrow morning? I'm pretty sure we start out on Saturday like last year and it will be something like this...

game 1 SAT @ portland ESPN
game 2 MON @ portland TNT
game 3 THU Toyota Center TNT
game 4 SAT Toyota Center ESPN
game 5 TUES @ portland NBATV
game 6 FRI Toyota Center ESPN
game 7 MON @ portland TNT

(I guessed this based on last years schedule. only reason i look this up is to know when to ask off work

does this look even half right?

Game 1 will likely be on Saturday, TNT has first pick on what games to pick and they are showing a Triple Header on Sunday, so u can probably say the Lakers/Jazz (which they mentioned numerous times on Tuesday they would start on Sunday) and either the Cavs or Celtics series will be on Sunday also

my guess, we are either a day game on Saturday or late game

as for Game 3/4 here, I'm going to guess Thursday 23rd, Sat 25th, again, estimated guess

I'm cool with a day game but if it's Saturday night, I'm going to miss it. :(

Not that surprising. Obviously, you're biggest viewership for a Blazers game will be West Coast viewers, so why try and force the game during the day. 9:30 pm our time = 7:30 pm western time = prime-time.

this is fine with me. nothing i had planned for saturday night caninterrupt watching the game!

Game 2 on NBATV is a little surprising. Will this be on a local feed as well, then?

Man, I F'ing hate playoff schedules.

    2 days off
    game
    2 days off
    game
    2 days off
    game

Way too much off time. If somebody sweeps a series and their 2nd round opponent goes 7 games, they could have a week and a half between games.

So, probably one of the best matchups in the first round is going to be on NBA TV on Tuesday... damn I hate the NBA.

i think this will be seen as one of the best first round series, espcially since portland have become america's darlings (honestly, i would be rooting for portland if i wasnt a rockets fan, they are fun to watch). anyways yeah we will be on saturday for game 1.

I'm glad we got a prime time play off schedule. Means I'll be able to catch the games on TV. :)
