    Point received, Bro ;)

Post-Dream era is too long for me to bear sometimes. My temper has been greatly smoothed in the SF3 era. Now i can relax a little bit without drinking Cool-Aid.......

I am totally fine with playing Jailblazers in the first round,
second round against Lakers would be fun to watch.
Put talent aside, we got a group of guys gonna give all they have on the court.
    I will take that.

Morey will take care of the rest in the off-season

Same feeling here. And RA ought to bear the brunt of the blame either. He looks like a dead wood sometimes.

So here is a question. Halfway through the 3rd quarter when Dallas is making run by driving to the basket since now Artest and Yao were on the bench.

Wouldn't that be a good time to say put in Mutombo to close down the lane? We use Yao as the safety net when players go to the basket. Yes they hit some shots, but once Yao got 4 fouls, Having Deke in there to potentially revitalize the defense would have helped.

I agree, i wasn't sure what kind of shape Deke was in before, i know he keeps hiself in good shape, but i thought perhaps he was having minor issues and could onlty play in spurts, but after seeing what he did against GS, i'm surprised he wasn't used more, especially tonight. With him in there other guys like shane and landry dont have to leave their man to help protect the rim, Deke would have held it down on his own. I dont see hollins giving Deke much trouble around the perimeter, he's got a decent short J, but deke still would have been in rebounding/shot blocking position when defending him.

Everyone needs to stop thinking about the WCF and remember we've got an entire round we haven't gotten past since '97.

Tonight was disheartening, it makes you look back on games like Chicago and wish it didn't come to tonight, but the stakes were high and we didn't come through.

But it doesn't help when people who front Yao foul him and the weakside defense decides to camp out illegally in the paint. The ball movement wasn't there, if we only did a better job of setting a pick for him in the paint and reversing the ball back to him, it could have been better, but we lost our composure and Ron Ron went back to jacking up shots. Settling for bad shots.

Portland should be an interesting series, but I like our matchups and their lack of inexperience. But our tandem of Brooks and Lowry are going to have to learn quickly, along with Von.

We do have one thing going into this series that we didn't going into last year's playoffs and that is our health (sans T-mac of course).

Portland looks like they're going to wrap up homecourt, let's go there and try to steal a game, if not two (yeah, I'm aware of their home record) and take care of business at home.

I'm more mad about having tickets to the playoffs, having planned my trip back to Houston, and not being able to see us open up the series at home. But I know I'll get another chance this season.

20W-15L With Tracy, and 33W-14L without Tracy, can I say it would be 58W-24L if Tracy were out from the very beginning? :p I just mean that Rox would be the the second seed in the west then.

The good thing is that rockets know the problems what they have to solve in the playoffs, the bad thing is that it is very difficult to win the second round, lakers is a better team obviously, unless Artest can do something special instead of bricking and bricking.

If anyone thought Jamal Mashburn sucked as an NBA player and didn't know what teams he played for than they probably don't know much about basketball.

Adelman after a timeout when we were clearly struggling in the fourth: Let's stay positive guys.... Dude, are you an inspirational speaker or a freaking coach. Strategize, don't make stupid speeches that don't help.

You said you've been making these comments for the majority of the season, which is why you said that it wasn't a knee jerk/emotional reaction. These two posts are from this month. NBA season began in October of 2008. Just admit you're a hypocrite and we can move on.

    Tru tru.

He was a beast at Kentucky and would have had a better career if not for injuries. The guy could score when healthy.

Microfracture surgery towards the end of his career as well. He's one of the better commentators out there.
