Ron needs to be ****ing controlled and Yao is utterly useless when fronted. IMO we should have used him in the high post more or take jumpers.

That's six, count 'em, six games the Rockets have lost where they had had least a 14 point lead in the second half. That's embarrassing.

Just pathetic. A crucial win and the Rockets can't deliver. If this is any indication of what's to come ahead in the playoffs, it's going to be painful.

Props to Landry actually doing something, none to Adelman for solving the fronting problem with Yao.

ouch. terry pick and roll KILLED us. same old story. yao can't step out to defend the jump shooter.

a good jump shooter over a pick kills us every time.

Rockets need to limit Brooks. Lowry should be running the team and Brooks should come in just to give him a breather.

As for fronting defense against Yao, there is no solution for that. Not as long as Yao cannot hold his position. Expect to see lots and LOTS of fronting defense against Yao in playoffs.

What a shame...and then wouldn't you know it, the Spurs send the game to overtime against the Hornets eventhough they were losing by 5 with 45 seconds left. There you have it. It's in the cards. Spurs will win in overtime and Blazers will beat the Nuggets, giving the Rockets the 5th seed. Book it!

THe MAVS are one of the worst 4th quarter teams in the league. THey are the kings of choking.

    Yet they punked us tonight.

Can someone tell me who battier was guarding?

I placed the blame solely on the players who were on the court with Yao during the 3rd quarter. I've never seen a more idiotic and greedy squad played in my life; I mean seriously, how many other team ignore their best player after he just came of an absolutely dominating quarter, especially with a stick-figured Hollings guarding him?

The level of greed in those players is enough to make me want to puke.

dude. your blaming adelman because yao is too slow to catch a ball while being fronted? that's pathetic.
