I don't know why he thinks we'll lose to the Mavs. 1) We beat the Hornets handily, 86-66. The Hornets beat the Mavs, 102-92. That means we have an edge on the Mavs in the final game. 2) Dallas may be the hottest team, but we're right up there with them, with our 5 game winning streak. 3) **** the Jazz. It doesn't work that way. Utah just pounded the hornets on their homecourt last week. Then they proceeded to lose to the mavs by 30 in the next game. How many times have we beaten the blazers? They just beat the lakers. I guess rockets have the edge on the lakers?
We've lost 3 straight on the road against teams with a .500+ record. And Dallas has been playing pretty well. They should be favored.
Only time we've lost to the Mavs this year was when we were without Yao. I could see them playing some good ball tomorrow though, just to keep out of the 8 seed (if the j*zz win tonight)
