Because they were allstars at the time, Ron Artest is...Ron Artest.

Maybe because at least when Mac and SF3 went into Me-Mode, it at least looked really nice.

Artest's lack of ball handling skills is quite awkward to watch

Yes, his quirkiness will still be humorous when he shoots us out of the first round. As long as he's "gritty and tough" I guess he could go 1 for 20 and his ***** still wouldn't stink to some people here.

I think Artest had a talk with the Kings players after the game the other day :p

They almost beat SA yesterday. Wining against the Nuggets would mean a crazy last day of regular season.

I don't think anybody on earth would do that, unless they are suicidal.

The stream is a little blurry, but did Scola do a streetball dribble over Chris Paul on the play where he passed it, got the off reb and got fouled?

Forcing things is making things worse, Ron needs to move off the ball and get in better position to take high percentage shots. Unfortunately,he has no patience.
Chuck is fine on West, but Deke should get minutes against Marks/Ely. Maybe I'm expecting too much from him but I feel Deke could act as a last line of defense against Paul's driving as well. Yao will need help in the 2nd half.
Keep Lowry in,Brooks can come in later. If Ron keeps on doing poorly,Wafer will have to come in again along with Battier.
Hope Yao isn't feeling too sore.

Doesn't Ron Artest remind you of that dude at the gym playing pickup basketball who thinks he is way better than he actually is? He loves taking jumpshots and just because he makes one, he thinks he'll start to make all of them.

And then he gets really mad and offended if people don't agree with how good he is.

Ron...just stay near the basket, post up your opponent. Nobody can stop you if you use your strength. Stop creating off the dribble.

OMG Ron is a TRAIN WRECK.

with it being our last posession and Ron running the clock, I was honestly thinking to myself that I would rather have Wafer in there than Ron.

Like that wide open three he had from the great pass from Scola....he had just replaced Wafer who would have swished that thing.

But that last possession of the first half. LOL. What the hell was that?! This dude drives me crazy.

I would rather have Wafer resigned next season than Ron.

He can be great on the defensive end, but when he starts to get frustrated from building his house on the other end of the court, it begins to show on his defense too. (fouls etc...)

Great run by the Rockets. 22-4...Insane!

I don't know about you guys but here is my take on Artest: I was extremely agitated when I see Artest going 1 on 5 and killed our offense, but now I'm kind of use to his antics and actually had a good laugh, whenever Artest lowered his shoulders and went bowling on the opponents.

The difference btw Ron and T-Mac:

    1. Ron plays defense
    2. Ron is still at >40% from three for the year
    3. Ron is still at >40% from two for the year

I think becus the guy has no contract with the team, his status is still up in limbo so easy pickings. Worrell and company never b****ed so much with Francis and T-mac since they had longterm contracts . .
