They were predicting the weather a couple of months ago when they made the schedule?

A 2 run lead by the Pirates. It's getting close to the point where the Astros need to greenlight the snipers. ;)

Moehler hasn't been overly terrible. Just a little bit of run support for him would be nice

A lot of the outdoor teams that opened last Monday also had Tuesday off for the same reason, and many ended up using it due to Monday rainouts. I think they just plan it that way so people can buy tickets for "opening day" and have less chance to miss out on it. If the schedule was Mon/Tues/Wed with Thursday off, then if you bought tickets for Monday and the game was rescheduled for Thursday, you'd miss the home opener stuff.

So, how long do you think until they pull Moehler from the rotation?

Apparently Moehler left due to an injury. I'm going to reserve judgement for now

Yeah, I was just looking at some schedules and saw that for a lot of teams. I do wonder why they didn't do that for everybody though. The Cards didn't get a "rain day" and neither did the Marlins, Padres, Giants, Rockies, Tigers, Royals, Indians, Angels, A's, or Yankees! .

Trade everyone over 32. Get back some prospects so we can rebuild the right way.

I'm looking for a grand salami to nail the Astros coffin shut...at least for this game.

He was sparkling during the pre-season and has been terrible the last two starts (including today). A leigitimate injury would not surprise me.

Also, Zach Duke is on my fantasy team... I am so conflicted.
