Raisin bran or any "adult" cereal. On the flip side, I couldn't imagine eating a bowl of Lucky Charms or Corn Pops today and I grew up on that stuff.

You wont believe this but I hated steak and beef when I was growing up. I was only able to eat chicken and pork but now I can't live with out any kind of cow product.

My Dad told me a while ago that you know you're old when Carrot and Raisin salad looks good.

    I'm not quite there yet.

Potatoes - didn't eat them until I was about 10. Mashed or baked. I did eat fries, though.

Onions - still don't care for them much, but I can eat them on certain things now. Still prefer not to have them.

Still can't eat olives, Sloppy Joe's (don't like whatever the spice is in the sauce), and most types of nuts (Peanuts and Pecan Pie are the only exceptions).

    Fish.

I hated fish so much when I was young. I couldn't stand the stuff but now I crave it all the time.

I have never liked cooked fruit. Consequently, I detest most pies except for pecan and banana cream. Apple Pie? Gross.

I can appreciate a good peach cobbler now, but it's still not terribly appealing.

Never liked cheesecake when I was a kid. Now I enjoy a really good cheesecake.

There were a few Chinese dishes that my parents made that I didn't like but now do. I didn't really like the clear mung bean noodles and Bok Choy but now like both. I've never been a big fan of eggplant and generally don't like it done Chinese style which my parents made when I was a kid but I like eggplant parmesan and Babaganouche.

I couldn't eat any meat that wasn't medium-well to well done. Now I go to a place like Rafain and have managed to scarf down stuff as raw as medium-rare to medium. I still don't like medium-rare, and don't bother bringing rare to me. If I wanted to eat that, I'd just start gnawing on a steak on the way out of the grocery store. lol.

Seafood. Love me some fish. And crab.

King Crab, and Mahi Mahi are some of the best flavors ever.

If you like cooked fruit now you might like it also if you don't like pies because of the gooey texture you can get roughly the same flavor as pies but with a different texture from grilled fruit.

Just a suggestion for something to try sometime. I started grilling fruit a few years back and love it.
