I have a Palm Tungsten E. It works great, but if I don't charge it for a week and the battery's gone, then I'll lose all of my files when I turned it back up after recharge. I'm not sure why this is happening...am I doing something wrong? Also, how do you completely turn it off? I don't want to just shut off the screen, I want completely turn it off.
I use Lexicomp (drug info) software to look up stuff. The versions on the phone's are usually a little slower. I only use 2 programs on a weekly basis on average, so there's really no point for me to get a smart phone.
