You know, it's ok to idolize him for being a rockets player/hero, and to not agree with his personal decions as well. I don't understand why you have to stick up for him away from the court as well. Yes, we all have problems, and no i dont have gold diggers chasing me, but i also don't have herpes and go around still having sex without caring if i infect a woman. I also don't throw dumbbells at my coworkers. I don't punch out my clients. I'm pretty sure that goes for over half the population, so quit trying to defende Max by using ridiculous logic.
Your rant was just that, a rant, meaning you just typed whatver came to mind, not realizing you were stereotyping every single mother out there. I agree with a lot of wat you said, but you have to agree you took it to an extreme as well, you pretty much implied all women were gold diggers and all men are srewed over for chil support and kept away from their kids. You also continue to make assumptions about what i said. I never implied getting money is more important than spending time with your father, i never said or implied men shouldnt have visitation rights if they dont pay or should be treated as criminals if they cant afford to. Those were your assumptions. I dont believe the court system manages it as well as it could be managed and i dontbelieve the laws treat men and women fairly when it comes to it either. And i also didnt say people who work a lot cant be good parents, you COMPLETELY missed my point there. I specifically said it wouldn't make a good case in court. That has nothing to do with what i think of them as parents, it's just a fact, that courts aren't going to see it as a good thing, if you're not home much. I'm not saying it's right, but it happens. There definitely is no point in continuing this if you're going to assume things i never wrote...
In actuality, while on the surface it may seem that we disagree mostly on this issue, in reality we really agree on most of it. We are just approaching it from different perspectives....you from what the court will most likely do, and me from how I think the court is wrong to do it that way. I didn't just type whatever came to my mind though, these are well thought out positions that I plan to start a website about one day. Nevertheless, no hard feelings with your positions. I just wanted to rant about my child support payments theory and give a shout out to the FREE MAD MAX fan club!
