This is a 4 page description of a prank...probably a 10-15 minute read. Pretty funny and very detailed.. so maybe if you're bored at work, it's worth the time. Basically he pranks one of those eBay scammer people who was trying to scam him. http://www.zug.com/pranks/powerbook/
Sweet stuff. Spoiler The COINCIDENCE and LUCK he had to have "undercover" agents to actually record the delivery and the "shop" stuff was UNCANNY. Good stuff! Now, if we could only find all those Nigerian spammer peeps...
this thing has been around since the beginning of the intertubez... i know its been posted here before i am just too lazy to look for the link.
60 minutes did a full fledged track down of one scammer, going all the way to Nigeria, from dark alley ways to meeting their 'lawyer' at a fancy hotel. It was a pretty interesting piece.
Wow, talk about OLD. The internet term "fail" was not even near existence at the time. I believe Steve Francis was still an elite player at that time.

I just read the whole thing. Hilarious! They mentioned they could never get in contact with "Jeff" again, I wonder what happened to him?
Dude should have NEVER told the Scammer that he had to mark it as $2000, that should have been a surprise.
