    Wow, I don't remember the last time I screamed that loud!

    If anyone missed it, Man United just scored two goals in the final ten minutes, including an absolute brilliant goal from 17 year Federico Macheda on his debut in the 93rd minute to beat Villa 3-2. Thank God, we needed that! One point and a game in hand with eight to play...

    Villa completely bottled it, so pissed about that result. The five minutes added time was BS too.

    Dang! :mad: I was screaming yesterday when Benayoun came in and scored in the 93rd minute against Fulham to give Liverpool the win. They must have hit the woodwork 5 or 6 times before that.

    I'm guessing you didn't see the match. Generally, 30 seconds are given per goal and sub. That's 3 minutes of added time already. Then you have Agbonglahor laying on the ground for a couple of minutes after scoring his goal, Barry's injury and Villa's consistent time wasting and 5 minutes was completely justified. But then again, seeing as you're a Liverpool fan, I wouldn't expect you to be able to be objective, someone is always out to get you and help United...

    I watched the second half of the United/Villa match. I also watched the second half of the USA vs. El Salvador match where almost every Salvadoran went down like a house of cards when touched trying to waste time. There is no way added time should have been 5 minutes in today's match. 3 minutes at the most.

    But Aston Villa deserved what they got. All they had to do was play keep away for 5 minutes and they leave with a point. And they had their chance twice in added time to hold the ball and just gave it away.

    Damn Villa! I guess Liverpool have only themselves to blame if they don't win the title. If you are good enough to sweep Man U and Chelsea then you should be good enough to not drop points to the bottom teams... that is going to be the difference in the end.

    Yeah, okay. EVERY team waste time when they are up a goal in such a big game, it is very common and no, 30 seconds are not generally given for every goal and sub or else EVERY single game would have about 3min added time off subs alone then another 2 on average for goals.. so every game should have 5min added time by your calculations? Right.

    Like I said Villa completely through that game away they outplayed Man U for the majority of the match but they fell apart when it mattered that's why they won't be qualifying for the CL spot and Barry will more than likely leave them in the summer I actually hope he doesn't come to LFC I don't think he's all that great.. just a solid midfielder that's versatile but nothin special.

    Credit to that Machido or w/e, that was a great goal.
