    I am again going to pick Battier. Last week, this guy didnt get it. This week, he should get it his first POTW. Last week, he was again on fire from the 3 point line, after struggling all year. He hit 11 3 pointers and averaged 14 ppg. We should never forget his great D.

    what? i cant believe battier lost last round, my pick is battier again for his 3 point performances....and about Kobe killing him, battier played real good D, kobe just hit it right in his face, what else can u do? foul him? even worst!

    You'd have to own Yao pretty hard to beat him in these polls. My vote's for Battier. He's been extremely clutch and active.

    it depends on how to define "player of the week". if it means MVP, I guess Yao would win 9 every 10 weeks. if it means MIP(I=improved), battier got my vote for this week.
    from the previous weeks' result I concluded the clutchfans definition is somewhere in between. nice.

    I expect one day one of our players gets elected officially as "player of the week in the west" while another guy gets elected the weekly MVP of our team. :D

    I voted Battier last week, and I'm voting Yao this week. Battier's finally returned to his expected level of performance while Yao is doing more than his part, shooting a high percentage and rebounding well as well as maintaining his improved defense. At this point I'm not sure Battier is a better defender than Yao anymore.

    I wanted to vote Battier last week but voted Yao for a mistake . so this time I vote Battier though I wanna vote Yao :p

    Those chinese fans will just ignore your rants and continue to vote for him, it's not yao's dominant power or just good luck that makes yao get that many all-star votes every year... :cool:
