    "Dallas" and "hip hop" do not coexist in reality. Unless your definition of "hip hop" is "radio play garbage music."

    LOL ... I was in Mansfield/Dallas for a week in Jan and all I heard on the radio was the Ricky Bobby rap song. The rap is whack and isn't the movie like 2yrs old? Dang, I thought Mexico was late.

    The best thing that came out of Dallas is I-45.

    to answer the thread title, i would probably have to say you could make a strong case for 'hip hop' in general post 1995.

    I always wonder what in the hell could you possibly be thinking to come up with a song called "stanky leg". In the club when that song comes on just about the whole dance floor is out there doing that corny ass dance.

    then wanna get pissed and trying to fight cuz they supposedly did it on purpose.
    plz make this wack ass dallas music stop to save the new generation and to make sure they have a functioning brains.

    so what? 85% of "rap or hip hop" songs from houston/dallas are unimaginably wack. You have to acquire a special 'taste' to stand it.
