Can this page be viewed in English? I'm seeing the page in Chinese characters, which I can't read.

Yao Ming Surprised with Result of NBA Draft Lottery

Chinese basketball player Yao Ming was surprised to learn that the Houston Rockets had won the NBA draft lottery on Sunday, but he was not worried about his fate at the draft conference.

"I had only one feeling when I heard the news -- surprise!" Yao said here Tuesday after a practice class in the national team.

The 2.25-meter-high center, who is a hot favorite to get the No. 1 pick at the June's draft conference, said he couldn't say which team he likes most before the selection, which is obliged to the rules of NBA.

"I just know nothing about the team (the Rockets), and I cannot say whether I like it or not," he said.

Yao, 21, alongside Duck undergrads Jay Williams and Mike Dunleavy, are considered the possible top-three picks this season. Over half of the public-opinion polls is for Yao to win the No.1 pick.

"You cannot say that I will be selected by the Rockets on No.1 because over half of the people stand for me. They could select Williams or others. Even the Rockets do offer me the No.1 pick, they may want a trade."

"Which team will select me? It is not my business. I just wait and see what will be going on," "Big Yao" told Xinhua.
