    No, not "your mom", but I was was watching one of them lurnin' channels over the weekend and this about scared the hell out of me. From the Congo River comes the "tiger fish" :

    I wonder how it tastes. I think alligator gar are just as scary and you don't have the leave to city to catch one.

    Alligator gar are delicious. Tough as hell to clean though.

    But this thing scares me a whole lot more than an alligator gar.

    Yeah, I guess that's true, but alligator gar just look ugly to me, whereas this thing is scary as hell. This is like a normal fish, then you get to the mouth and evolution decided to go horror flick.

    I've never had alligator gar, but I could've sworn I always heard it tasted bad. Either way, I may just stick to catfish for lunch. :D

    I wasn't aware it was considered uncommon. I just remember having it when I was about 8 or 9 and it was pretty good. But then I've always had strange tastes. Who knows? :)
