Your Highest and Lowest Moments of the Season So Far

Highest: when Battier made that shot in the corner vs. the Lakers to take a lead with less than 40 seconds left back in Jan.

Lowest: when Kobe made a 3 15 seconds later....

When Battier made that 3, I have never seen the Toyota Center jump up on its feet so quickly and never seen it got quiet so quickly (for Rockets fans at least) within seconds later, thats what the NBA is all about

 

Highest Point- When Tmac decided to sit out rest of the season

Lowest Point- When we lost to Milwaukee

 

High: Tony Parker missing that final shot in the San Antonio game last Sunday, with Luis Scola getting the rebound.

Low: The Raptor loss where McGrady was putting in zero effort.

 

Lame. That was the lowest point for me.

Highest point was beating the Spurs to take #1 in the SW with a team that I finally have faith in.

 

High point for me was when T-Mac dunked on Tyrus Thomas at the Toyota Center against Chicago.

I saw that and thought he was back and knew that a healthy T-Mac, Yao and Artest would be dominant.

 

high: when tmac shut it done for the season. not because i hate him but because he was hurting the team. that and the subsequent realization that we might do some damage in the playoffs after all.

low: jazz

 

High - beating Cleveland and especially the block on lebron

Low - hearing Carl was shot. I had never felt so worried before.

 

Lowest Moment: T-Mac quitting on the team and escorting Jamario Moon for a dunk.

Highest Moment: T-Mac announcing he was out for the season.

 

Highest: T-mac Gone, Rafer Gone
Lowest: Brandon Roy shot....

Highest - Cavs win

Lowest - T-mac drama!!

 

At least you didn't blame me for this loss.

Highest moment of the season: Trading for Artest
Lowest moment of the season: T-Mac knee doctor shopping.

 

Highs - wins against league leading teams like Cavs, Celtics, and Spurs.

Lows - losses to bottom feeders like Raptors, Grizzlies, Bucks, etc. and any game against the Jazz in Utah where the Rockets are made to look like school girls.

Biggest thrill, seeing Von Wafer emerge

Biggest let down, the continuous pattern of playing down to the level of opponents and the TMac drama which I hope is OVER forever. I really don't want him back on the team. TMac/Yao failed let's move on.

 

Highest moment- Yao destroy king james

Lowest- Tmac out for the seasona day after my bday (feb 9, the lost to MIL)

low - tmac confirming rumors of his vaginitis vs. toronto

but as the lowest point(s) id have to mention loosing to the fukin 76ers at home and gettin rapeed by the Bux in Milwauke

 

Best moment of the season: When mcloser was announced to be out for the season.


Worst moment of the season: When they informed he is coming back next season.

 

So far:

High - Beating SA in SA to take the division lead. That Monday am I was watching it on-line and enjoying every minute of it.

Low - Injuries, personal issues, chemistry issues, identity issues....I believe if we have this team gelling and healthy to begin the season, they would be a 60 win team which should be sufficient to win the division and obtain the 2nd seed.

 

*yawn* everyone is saying the same thing...

low: remember the game vs SA near the beginning of the season where we were winning most of the game (double digits in the 4th quarter!) and they came back on us at the end. i know we were still new and had chemistry issues, but that loss really hurt! they were playing without parker and ginobili, as well (i think).

high: the whole month of march =]. there were some heartbreakers in there with LA, utah, and a close one with SA... but the last couple weeks have been a good time to be a rockets fan!!
