I loved this part. You're selling Scola short if you just consider him a hustle guy. He is a very talented player.
Look at all those happy folks around Artest in that picture, lol. Ron Artest brought joy to white people. He will go to heaven.
Ron Artest is a Champion of the people. He doesn't go in the stands for Violence, he's just a comedian. A comedian that can bruise you easily. I personally find him funnier that Dane Cook...well any one's funnier than Dane Cook.
okay, aside from a couple of mistakes, the article is on point about Ron not screwing houston out the game in the final minutes with his over inflated view of his own talent and subsequent screw ups
I think they were put out of their element from Ron's visit to the stands but refused to show it on TV.
Wonder where kelly's been, I knew he was let go from his cnnsi gig, worked for espn temp, and now on yahoo. Was informative when he posted here and he hasn't posted here in forever
I'm particularly pleased about the Scola props. It's easy for us here to give him love, but he's always going to bore the ESPN-machine generation. Kudos to all that labored in the off-season (against some damn good posters here) to keep Scolandry intact. I was wrong about my estimates of both Scola's scoring and rebounding, but am too happy to kick myself. I did say last year that I thought Scola's maybe the one guy that "gets" Yao's game and that does still hold true to me now. But that's easy to say today.
