    Lock if already posted please.

NBA.com Power rankings has us at fourth!

"The Rockets have won four straight and moved into second place in the West with Sunday's win over the Spurs (though San Antonio is still a game ahead in the loss column). Put Rick Adelman on the short list for Coach of the Year."

Rick Adelman deserved it last yr considering his roster compared to Doc Rivers' roster. Hope he gets it this yr, although the guy from Cleveland might have something to say about it.

I think we were ranked first at the same time last year and also coach was on the list to COY awards as well.

For the moment, I think #4 is appropriate. But like 6 other teams, the Rockets are a 3-game losing streak away from being in 8th place in the West. This isn't the time to be feeling satisfied because there is too much hard work to do before the playoffs. That work starts tommorow on TNT in Utah.

I don't think this specific win really says anything. We beat a Spurs team that has been playing like crap lately. But its more a symbol for everything else that has happened. We've beaten the Hornets, Denver, and SA on the road and Cleveland at home over this stretch.

You gotta think Kenny gives us props for our wins @NO and @SA. But what of Charles? What clever excuse will he make for discounting us once again? How many backhanded compliments will he deliver Yao's way? Does he even watch basketball anymore?

The suspense is riveting. And I must say, I will be unable not to watch.

I was channelclicking yesterday and found Charles' reality TV golf show and literally could not peel my eyes away for a good 10 minutes.
