Why fear Utah? We should face and kill them.

Negative. All roads lead to Utah, we should just take the longest one this year!

Someone please just break Deron Williams' ribs.

    I kid, I kid.

    ...

After all, it's their bigs that give us trouble. Please, someone, take one for the team.

Dont worry. I dont care if we are going to play against Utah or some other teams, as long as it is not Lakers or Spurs.

The team is playing better and better. The Rockets have more teamwork now, not like before when Tmac used to wait behind the perimeter until some passes him the ball and then hold the ball as steady as the Statue of Liberty for ten seconds.

there is a saying "Rockets without Tmac, where #2 in the west happens"

I think the effect of absence of Tmac will help Rockets roll over Utah.

    the first round curse. sigh!
Utah has a brilliant team and would have more fans if they hadn't killed our team's second round dream for so many times.

obviously Rockets are seeking a chance to revenge on the Jazz, but the result will be the rockets team hitting its own toe with the big stone which the rockets plan to cast towards the skulls of the Jazz's hatred players I'm afraid.

na remember how 90' bulls gone into the playoffs and got beat badly by pistons? before rockets conquer their own nemisis, rockets will not be able to lift the first round curse. i say we beat utah in 5 this year. vengence always taste sweeter.

I don't understand why so many people want to avoid them. That's a losers mentality.

I think it would be a huge confidence builder for this team to beat them in the first round.

just because they are a team of better play execution, ball sharing and perfected flopping tricks, it doesnt mean our 1st round with them will be a fixed defeat....remember when Artest was piercing their paint in that OT game?

Rockets all the way ! bring the jazz on

I'd rather face the Mavs, Hornets, or Blazers. I hope we don't face the Jazz in the first round again, but I hope we do face them eventually and beat the crap out of them. :D

Pretty simple, really. I think it has something to do with us being knocked out by them the past two seasons. The other being we just flat out don't match up well with them at all.

To me, the biggest confidence builder for this team is just winning a playoff series against anyone to get over that hump. So, if we can play a team that we match up better against and have a better chance of beating, then I'm all for it.
