Who are the cheerleaders the rocket's have? They are not powerdancers. They have pom poms and do gymnastic stuff. Also have dudes to throw them around. Are they mercenaries from a local university?
The cheerleaders I think are part of the launch crew, but they also do their own seperate stuff. The Launch Crew comes out maybe once or twice a game, the cheerleaders are out there like 50% of it and only disappear when they go backstage to change into Launch Crew unis. My guess is they are local people from UH, HBU and Rice.
Yes, Launch Crew. There are no RPD's on the LC. During the massive t-shirt toss, both RPD and LC are out there at the same time in their respective uni's. IMO, most of the Launch Crew girls are FFFAAAARRRR better looking than RPD. When I go to the game tonight, I'll ask. I've wondered where they come from too. The Launch Crew girls definaely look younger than the RPD and often wondered if LC girls are even "legal." But if you like a more athletic build, those girls are hot hot hot.

In general, when forming the posessive on a plural, you put an apostrophe at the end. For example, the plural of Rocket is Rockets. To properly display their posessive form you would add an apostrophe at the end to say the Rockets' cheerleaders.
i think most teams have them at least i know the clippers do. and the clippers version of the launch crew are also a bunch of hotties sporting camel toes and tramp stamps at the game though they are much smaller in build. tm1ym11 and i always have more fun watching them instead of the clipper spirit at the game. (though there are a lot of cuties too on the clipper spirit) and of course THIS THREAD IS WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICS!!!
Oh please! You guys are talking mess about the towel girl in that thread. Most of the Rockets are ugly...only a couple or three are decent. Is this uncalled for?
