If your feedback score is over 100, then the hold won't apply unless the transaction is for a high dollar item.

I hate the fact that you have to wait 21 days to get your money from the item you sold, i wish they atleast put that down into like 10 days You can also get the money faster with a feedback providing a tracking for the buyer, but not all buyers are kind enough to leave feedback which pisses me off.
