The spurs were the better team. They used their experience like they always have to win close games and the countless rings. Not too dissappointed.

The last two plays by Brooks were horrible. On the first one they should've gone to Yao in the post. Brooks is not going to get any calls espcially at the end of a game. Also, on that last play, did Brooks not realize there were 4.4 seconds on the clock? What the hell was that? I realize that he helped bring us back with those two drives before the final two plays of the game, but c'mon you gotta play smarter than that. Hopefully, it's a learning experience for him. I'd rather have him do it now that in the playoffs. Also, the play when Artest had a wide open 3 was actually a very good play out the timeout. Not a strong game by Scolandry and Battier is again impotent on offense with 1 pt in over 30 mpg.

We were out coached in this game. THere was no other way to put it.

Watching Parker going off and Brooks just can't guard him, and not making any change. It was just unbelievable.

before people blame brooks entirely for that last second shot.....i'm almost sure ron ruined it in the first place. the play seemed to involve Yao and brooks only, and stevie and Yaohave ran something similar before. The difference was Ron went TO the inbounds man and brought his man, Udoka, over, so when brooks got it that area was clogged and parker AND Udoka were right there. Udoka was actually the one who got a hand in and caused Brooks to fumble the ball for a second.

Ron was open after that and there was enough time for Brooks to pass baxk to Ron, but i dont know if i could blame him for not realizing that since there was very little time left.

Coach Adelman should draw a pick and roll play with Yao and AB instead of AB taking the ball to the basket alone. I think that play was kinda obvious...

You can't have a starter like battier play 30 + minutes and not score

It's easy for me to say after the fact, but I wish that was Lowry driving in when we were down 1. He's so good at creating contact and finishing, and he's better at finding people with the pass. Brooks was hot, so I get Adelman staying loyal to him, but honestly I think Lowry would be better in that situation.

that was what I was hopin, he had a midget defender on him. He could have took his time and popped that 3. I wouldn't be too pissed if he missed since he's shown he can hit that shot. :D

To summarize, we need a healthy and motivated T-Mac and a JVG type Yao Ming. Yao was the man when he was with JVG!

were gonna have to give it to the spurs, they executed their offense
and they won fair and square. we just have to work on our offense.
hard fought game between both teams. looking forward to the game in
    New Orleans

We lost to lakers with Bynum and Odom, lost to Spurs without Giniboli.
