I think they will over shoot in the playoffs and are not consistent team players.

Also I think Ron will do it because for a contract.
Brooks will do it because he is short and has so much to prove.

I think their shooting will help us win a game or so but in the end it will cost us more.

Once again cry all you want about TMac, but when healthy he is a better option than these inconsistent SCORERS and not facilitators.

why would you revert back to tracy when you know this is the lineup we have to go to battle with?

    who cares about tracy?

    obviously you do

    The golden formula.

Avoid turn-overs... If we can keep it <10 a game, we're going to make it.

That's the only thing that's keeping the team in trouble.

Another Knee Jerk thread... Ron is one of our best players, it is his job to take more shots than most of the people on the team.

Man this Tracy guy must be awesome, so many threads about him......

Sounds like if he were on the team there would be guaranteed playoff success.

    Whatever happened to him ?

Recently Ron Ron just jacked up so many jumpers on his own and doesn't bother to pass it off to Yao or Scola sometimes,so did Brooks.

I don't know why they suddenly FEEL so confident in their shots, which are completely off the mark or the ill-advised.If they keep on shooting like crap,we ain't gon' advance to nowhere.

    Not a Tracy fan!

But why can't people be objective about it and not personal.......a healthy TMac is more CLUTCH than AB and Ron.

    13 seconds man.....those guys couldn't do that.

I think if Brooks had an inferiority complex it would have manifested itself in other ways by now.

What i don't get is... if it is so hard to feed yao the ball why not swing it around and get it to scola in the low block? His back to the basket has look incredible/unstoppable in the last 10 games. I can't remember it being block/miss/tunrover when ever he has it. Yao should start taking outside shot to make the lane wide open for our guards to operate. This team has so much potential. Just gotta keep at it

A legitimate point; when McGrady is healthy he is a better player than Brooks and Artest and just about anyone else in the league.

But who is this healthy McGrady of which you speak? And why wish for things that will never come true?

Plus as I recall, the team went nowhere with a healthy Tmac anyways.

Tracy had his chances. It is over.

Become a Rockets fan, and realize, that Tracy is done in a Rocket uniform...
    Good riddens.

    Obviously you don't.

    That word is soooo overused....
    and inappropriately at that.

    Anyhow;
I don't think it will be Ron or AB's shooting that will hurt us as much as AB's inexperience.

Well last night I saw Artest hit a shot with 20 seconds left, followed by a block and layup to put the game away. That's pretty clutch. What about the game against Utah earlier in the season. Didn't he singlehandedly win the game for the Rockets down the stretch?

Ron wants the ball at the end. Most winners do (*sappy Replacements reference).

give it a go and elaborate on that word for me thanks. :D

When Tracy is healthy,he wouldn't be that sloppy on the defensive end when he's provoked by someone else and he's the best offensive force we've ever got.Yep,right now,he ain't able to do nothing.

Tweak has been very inconsistent in the last two years. without him, rockets are better off. with him, Rockets would never have climbed to #3 in the west.
