Yao hit the three, a contested shot after that, and had a clutch block.

    He did well tonight.

I will give you the fact that they have been playing good, but the fact remains the same... The game should not have been that close...

This team has been exposed like Jason's Garrett Offense for the Cowboys and until they start playing like a TRUE team, they are going to have serious problems....

Now as for as my remarks about this thread... It's to the Yao-Only Fans... It's a TEAM game.. Win, Lose or Draw and this is the main reason I hope the Rockets trade both Tracy and Yao so that this board can get back to 1999 and before when it was all about being ROCKET fans...

You are right about that the game should not been this close. But who fault it was? Yao/Scola or Ron/AB?

Yao made some good plays down the stretch. I think any team would take Yao shooting a 3 in crunch time as a good defensive play.

Battier made a post pass to Yao who did'n't seal his defender and the ball got knocked out(happens too often). Rockets were lucky that Battier got it back again and passed it to Artest for the game winning shot.

Are you kidding? Yao gets so much crap on this forum when we lose. Butterfingers, Tofu. Is there a bad name for Artest? Battier? Brooks?

    No.

Yeah, This is pretty old but for Ron Artest it would be

Ron Arrest. That was when he was a bad boy. :D

    Everyone... Including the Coach...

Both Yao and Scola have to recognize the double teams and where they are coming from.... Especially Yao... He has to realize that they are coming from the blind side. If he doesn't adjust the good teams (such as L.A.) are going to kill them...

Ron... Ron is Ron... He's going to go into his meantal moment and basically you can see when they are coming... a) When the game is close b) When he hasn't touched the ball in a couple of triples c) When he goes off his meds during a time-out...

AB.. PG.. Is the HARDEST position in the NBA to play and it becomes harder when you have Ron who is demanding the BALL and hounding you to pass it to him on almost every trip and when you have a Center like Yao who hasn't mastered the concept of Sealing your man off to make a wide target to pass it too. AB's biggest mistakes are just mentally and OJT.

Coach... This man has to make adjustments and take control of the team...
Laying back and hoping things will work out just want do, these are not the players of the 80's and early 90's and he needs to adjust. He also needs to teach Yao how to recognize the double team and how to seal his man off...

So as I stated before the blame and credit goes to everyone....

You know what? If things played it out to it, I wouldnt hesitate one bit for Yao to take that shot. Be it season game or playoffs. He does it consistently enough when he tries in practice and his form always looks sound.

Ofcourse you wouldn't call that play since Yao is much more valuable inside, either trying to draw that foul or go for O rebound. But if he is left open like that then heck yea.

Again.... Read what I said..... TEAM game....

Now as for as your crap thing goes... When ever you see someone say something bad about T-Mac or Yao... The ONLY fans will get very defensive... Especially the Yao only fans... Every pass that AB throws is not bad..

Now for the Artest, Battier, Brooks.....

Brooks is young and as I stated PG is the hardest position to play and most people on this board knew that this was going to be OJT for him...

Battier, gets bashed about as much as Yao and T-Mac on this board.... Lots of threads about Battier not being able the ocean if we were in the water sitting in a tube...

Ron, dude... Ron is like a box of chocolates you never know whacha going get.... Everyone on this board knows Ron is a mental case, so when he does or say something it's really no surprise... Like a shock jock

So with Ron, in the words of T.O.. Get Yo Popcorn ready...

Yup lol... it's all Adelman's fault. Lets just forget when Yao was "The Big Liability" in the 06-07 series, when JVG and Thibs were coaching.

Whats wrong with the bobcats? they are NBA players well coached this year by a world class coach in larry brown, train with MJ everyday, and their young players are finally coming to their own with solid veterans winning 6 of 7 before tonights game at charlotte. Lucky the team doesn't treat their opponents with your mindset going into game otherwise they will soon join your tmac in the offseason
