Or I even go back to Orlando, when he had closed out a game or a series?

do you seriously think these guys are as obsessed with McGrady as people on here? let's be real now.

and if it was me, i wouldn't trash talk near the end of the game like artest did when he got thoroughly whupped. he should have congratulated kobe on a great game and say that was a good competitive fight. we'll do it again.

 

but that's just you. these guys, nba players all have egos. they all think they are the best of the best. in ron's mind, he was probably thinking, kobe's just as human as i am, maybe more gifted. if we play them in a 7 game series, there's no way he could do this each and every game. i'm going to get a few on him next time. thus the talk. you generally trash talk to get into the minds of the opponents to force them to err. i don't see anything wrong with artest talking mess. i do see problems with him not making better decisions with the ball.

 

hahaha man you can tell them dudes got pissed at each other tonite....i hope this gets artest in the right mind and focus more on winning

 

hey they were both pissed. they both want to win and it gets out of hand. even if you play your best friend in a game like that, tempers will flair if your both competitive. i love it.
