Nice reference to Larry Bird in Boston Garden game by Clyde. Bird got away with travel and foot inside the line which gave the Celtics a 3 and overtime win.

It was against Clyde and the Blazers in 1992. Great game though.

Anyways, Shane + Yao = perfect players to have for regular season wins and some playoff wins here and there. They are too slow and predictable and are easy pickings on offense and defense for teams in playoffs. This has been a trend though out their career. Do not expect this to change now.

Either Rockets need to add lot more talent around those two or cut back their minutes.

Artest played very good defense but he played twice as terrible offense. Bonehead.

Wafer and Brooks looked like seasoned veterans compared to other Rockets out there.

]it's soo obvious...did yall see the AB/Wafer two man game posession? We should be using that combination play much more often as AB and Wafer are much quicker and more athletic than any other combination! They either shoot off of their pick and roll or kick it out to an elbow jumper from Landry/Scola

Time to make it official Adelman.

Aaron Brooks needs to be our go-to-guy in the 4th quarter

When the game tied up. Ron Artest stupid foul on Gasol and sent him to the line is the game changer right there. Had he not foul...who knew the Lakers will make any shot??

Rick Adelman should have used Ron Artest on Kobe earlier because i don't think Kobe can do a damm thing when Artest guard him one on one. It's the pick n roll that's hard to hard for anybody. Battier get killed by Kobe during the comeback and some mistakes at the end like Aaron Brook can't pass it to Yao and turn it over.

    reasons we lost:

    Kobe is good.

artest wanted to show how big he is. 4-16 shooting. 3: 0-8

    outcoached.

no one knows how to pass the ball to yao. forcing so many turnovers.

    shane was useless this game.

    Yao's rebounding and ballhandling.

    Lowry had a good game.

Our bench could have done better than the starters. The movement was awesome with Lowry, Landry, Wafer.

The second chance opportunities, the thousand tip ins ruined it.

If we can not shut down Kobe, we will lose, that is one of the reason we lost. could not feed/find Yao is another reason.

My biggest concern more than Artest's questionable decisions is Yao Ming's disappearing act at the ends of physical games like this one.

Yao's going to have to be more aggressive.

even if it was a miss. we couldn't even get shots off at times. that's the frustrating part.

When they double team Yao, Adelman should have adjusted the offense to overcome fronting. Should have had the same game plan as the blazers by driving inside rather than chucking 3s.

The lakers don't defend dribble penetration AB and wafer could get into the lane at will. We didn't exploit this advantage

The guy has so many momentum killing turnovers and I don't think he feels bad at all and especially about the team losing the game.

he will say the BS shtick in the post game interview oh how bad his TOs or how he needs to rebound more the same broken record but in his head it don't matter at all.

7 years in the Nba and still a first round virgin and the guy has no drive to not be a loser. U would think he would be different than the other loser Mcrgady and do everything to propel this team and himself to that next level that he keeps talking about but after 7 years same old same old.

I just don't understand why it takes anybody else to motivate this guy, it shouldn't. Either a guy wants it or he doesn't. There is nothing you can do to make someone want it bad enough.

Batman is becoming too much of a liability on offense. You've got to hit the open 3's. Play anyone else coach.
