The Spurs and Mavericks looks like the Texas teams dominate when it comes to playoff appearances and championships this decade as well as most of last decade.
Lakers sure they won 2 in a row

    Rockets won 2
    Spurs have won 1

Hey it is just cool to see two Texas teams represent!

I agree it is neat but I am still a Rockets fan before any other team in the NBA. How would you like this line up:

That is what I call great, maybe if we trade Rice... ;)

If I had to show support for all Texas teams that means I would have to be a Cowboys fan...that will NEVER happen!

The Spurs and Mavs are in the same conference as the Rockets and thus they are Rockets rivals! Therefore, they get no support from me! I happen to be rooting for both of them right now, but that's just because I like them more than the teams they are playing...it has nothing to do with them being in Texas.

...and just for the record, I am a Texan. I just moved to DC a couple months ago.

THANK YOU! That has forever been my theory. You're very wise, man. Very wise.

Cool! I'm from DC and I moved to Katy. What part of DC do you live in? I grew up right on the edge of historical Brookland.

I'd switch Eddie to PF and Dirk to SF. Eddie has no handles whatsoever.

It now looks like California teams will represent instead. Maybe next year, when Houston makes the playoffs...
