Tough win tonight, but a W is a W. Yao didn't play very well; nor did Scola. However, Artest and Brooks played well and we gutted out a crucial win.

Agreed. By the consent, I dont mean we are no better than the Nuggets. I think we are a better team, but we were not looked like we were winning in the 4th quarter, but we kept fighting on the offensive end. When Yao and Scola were both fouled out and the atmosphere changed, we didnot lose control bot on the offensive and defensive end. Battier nailed a 3 and contained Smith. Hays protected the key rebound. Brooks made the rest of FTs.

    Second that.

This is a GREAT Win and as fans we gotta be happy wit that.

Go Rockets and The Lakers, See you in Houston.

It was a great win nut I don't think we've shown killer instinct all season.

Damn I missed this game...got stuck at the airport at Salt Lake City out of all places...

Glad we won...not happy about another 4th quarter collpase. We need to learn to avoid those if we are going to go far in the playoffs.

But I definitely worried about our team letting those nuggets coming back in the fourth quarter. We need to halt this 4th quarter meltdown.

That foul must be the dumbest thing Yao has done in his basketball life.

Yao Ming probably fouled out on purpose to get some extra rest for the REAL challenge in the next game.

    BEAT LA

wow we barely squeaked it out there. once again, a balanced offense. i just feel we need someone to step up and take charge eventually in these close games.

good win though. denver is a good team.

I dare someone to youtube the Yao foul... haha...

Ron had a quiet 22, 4 steals. ABC with 19.

Kenyon Martin disappeared. Didn't notice if he played in the 4th. Kleiza likewise was invisible. It was Chauncey that gave them a chance, and Smith. Anthony thought he was going to cruise with some early jumpers, but it didnt' turn out so easy for the Nuggs. THey stopped playing after they got a ten point lead, then only began playing again when they were down 19.

By then the Rockets had done their nights work and would never relinquish the lead, no matter how easy they made it look to miss FTs! THey did just enough to hold on, which is seomtimes what it takes on a back to back in teh Rockies. Overall good ugly win.

I can't believe this Nuggs team was #2 in the west. They were unorganized and didn't have any will most of the game. I'd be very disappointed after this game.. if I was a Nuggets fan.

Agree with the Debbie Downer comment. I was pumped that we won this game. Why not be happy with the win? This team played its heart out on defense to secure a win against serious western conference competition. It truly surprises me that so many people reach for the negatives first. There was so much good to see in this game I'm gonna sleep like a baby. Everyone saw the dumb foul and the bad free throw shooting but its not exactly the norm for the team or Yao, chill out. :) Haters relax. I love reading the Post Game thread in its entirety but most of you suckas are buzzkillin. Peace.
