    Must win against the Grizz.

Can't drop a game to them when the games after that are the Nugs and Lakers.

Suns fans should also be saying, "good loss, but remember T-Mac didn't play"

great win, i watched the whole game and the double pg combination is somehow a great boost for our game.

the rockets played not quite organized when ab, lowry and wafer starts on the court, we still need someone to become our pure organizer

Stats are obviously important. That's why they are so meticulously recorded for every game. Over the long run, it's how a player's performance is measured. Of course there are intangibles, but the recorded stat categories are gradually increasing, capturing a more complete picture of players' performances. Blocks were once not recorded, now there is even a category called "block attempts".
My point is, anything that's worth doing is worth doing well. Obviously, there is somebody checking the stat sheets - that's how LBJ's triple doulbe was stripped in the New York game. And don't tell me LBJ didn't care about the last rebound.
Basketball is harder to keep the boxscores than baseball - it's a more fluid game. If there are blatant errors, we should let the league know. They may even fix it.

If AB had only 10 points and 12 assists tonight, Rox might lose the game and some posters would still complain about his shooting ability and labelled him as a shorter and thinner version of Rafer without defense. It is difficult to be a Rox player nowadays. If he can average 18 points per game, I don't mind his assists a bit lower.

I beg to differ on your definition of a block. If you're correct, then a blocked dunk attempt, when the ball is always touching the player's hand(s), doesn't count as a block, does it? I think it counts as a block when, without it, a shot attempt would unequivocably have been made.

I could be wrong, of course, and you could be right. But if that's the case, then, paraphrasing you, I would have to wonder why that is so.

Take it easy. When opponents defense tightens up, it will become Yao's team again. More so in the play off.

Brooks is definitely not chucker in this game. We need to exploit Nash defense. AB is not afraid to take big shots. I do not think we must get a true PG. TP is not really a good pass first PG but he can penetrate and score. I hope AB cam develop himself to be a closer

How come everybody leaves out Battier, this guy used to knock down 3's for us big time last yr. He sucks on offense, once we get a scorer for a SF role then we will be ok. Brooks can score, Alston couldn't. Thats why Brooks is better as or PG then SKip because Brooks can score and pick up Shanes slack wheras with Skip we just had less scoring options. Yao Scola AB and Ron Ron can score, once Battier can knock down some open 3's again, we will be unstoppable.

When the game finished I thought that I had seen Yao Ming block SIX
shots, but when I went to my office I saw the official Box score he had only TWO. Did I imagine the other blocks??? :p

Very poor man's Francis. He doesn't have the potential to be nearly as good as Francis at his peek.

Yup. Just like you imagined the flops against Yao the other night.... The NBA ... where alternate reality happens.
