AB has a big heart, he is not so smart as Lowry.
    Artest saved himself finally.
Scolandry is the best PF offensively in the world.
Yao is tofu in front of O'neal, but he does contribute alot.

    1. AB sored 30, but he is the reason Rox only win in last minute.
    2. I doubt COACH's ability in close game.
    3. Ron hit big shots in clutch time.
    4. Good last defense shows Yao can do sth on PnR defense.

To be credited with a block the ball has to be in the air and not touching anyone's hands. Stripping it during a shot attempt doesn't count.

Sure, a few could be contested, but the officials for the most part have it right.

I will concede that I did not see all of them tonight but judging from what I've read in this thread it sounds like he stripped them before they were considered blocks.

Do you have any ideas on what to do about it? It has been proven that there's a conspiracy against Yao. How can we do something about it though?

Really? For 9 games that I've counted in 2 years? I don't think so. I hate to contradict you, but I just saw the Toronto Raptors/Hoyston Rockets game that I downloaded on torrent file last night. Yao had 2 clean unmistakable straight up in the air blocks. No question. And they only credited him for 1 in the box score. I told you, they are undercounting Yao's blocks on purpose. No lie or just plain mistaking it.

How many crucial last minute buckets has AB made in his brief time as a closer for the Rockets? How many has Airballston or TSlack made? Kinda makes you wonder ....

    Really? Well damn.

I will concede then because like I said earlier I didn't catch all of the blocks so I can't really say one way or the other.

Seems like the league is a bit tougher on Yao than other players. I would have to wonder why that is.

Me too...Yao probably begged Scola and Battier not to do it :)
A good game. Scola always started great. At the end, AB played fierce and did not mind taking big shots.
Yao the big gravity alters anything passing him. Who cares about the stats.

When R2K has the game uploaded, I challenge you to go back and watch the game again and see how many blocks Yao had. If it is like you said the stat keepers had it right(only 2),I will donate money to the tipjar!

Wow, just readding the 5 pages of post, it seems that the only thing the Yao fans care about is Yao getting his. This isn't what the Rockets are about, whoever has it going gets the rock. AB had it going, give it to him. Dream deferred to Kenny, Max, Horry and Clyde when they had it going on. It gave Dream the opportunity to rest on the offensive end.

Yao backers, please feel free to let someone else get off.

Nobody says anything about Teflon Don Battier, once again shooting 1-6 and I wonder who was holding Matt Barnes. I really hope White/Wafer develop some defensive skills to cut further into Battier's minutes. He's murdering us on the offensive end.
