I like how Battier took that 3. It wasn't as open as some that he gets, but he recognized that we had the rebounding advantage. I am fine with semi-wild shots getting thrown up from anywhere when we have a great chance of getting an offensive rebound. It's a good way to basically pass it in over the defense.

Wafer went out and everything went better and it helps that Artest is not there too. Those two really need to seriously be benched until they understand it's team first !!
i am very pleased with how yao has attacked shaq. only thought about one turnaround that shaq can block and is taking good shots. battier is at least doing most other things besides sucking on offense. flagrant 2? that was just a hard foul wasn't it?
he's really only missed that wide open layup. that last one was a 7 or 8 footer with shaq contesting.
he missed at least two in the first. nearly all his misses have been close to the basket with little pressure
