Hey Ron? Are you there? I know you log on and read this bbs, so I want to ask you a favor. Before tonight's game begins, please do the following: Go to the Phoenix bench and talk to Shaq. Ask Shaq, before the game begins and when Yao shakes his hand, to flop to the ground and look up with amazement. Then approach the ref and ask why there was no whistle. Seriously, Ron. You gotta do this. You and Shaq will be heroes in Houston FOREVER if this happens!
I am kind of expecting a funny flop somewhere in the game. One just to lighten up the mood. Maybe before the game or during warm-ups or maybe if the game is decided and someone does one jokingly in the last minute of the game or something.

I think it would be funny if Rockets players started flying away from Yao Ming, like he's a giant whirlwind. When you're running past him just fly a few feet back like he annihilated you with his mere presence.
They won't and shouldn't do it during game play. They're getting paid millions to take the game too seriously. No, it must happen during the hand-shaking before tipoff.
on the jump have each one flop into each other...then they could re-jump the ball since neither center will have touched it. it would also send a message to the officials since it would be during the game
All we really need is to get some air time with somebody holding a sign up saying,"END THE FLOPING DAVID STERN." Of course maybe with some pictures of Jazz players on it.
It would be funny (like the Popavich thing earlier) except that it would be interpreted as Shaq poking fun at himself from the previous situation, rather than the protestation against flopping/officiating against Yao that I believe the OP had in mind with this. Noone in the national media knows nor cares about Yao's developing situation so this would not meet the intended aim.
I can see it now... Last minute of the game, the game is basically over, Yao shakes his head and Shaq does a massive fake flop. Everyone laughs. Then the ref calls the foul. Shaq facepalms...
