I prefer Mr. Stern would be "smart enough" to impose heavy fine on Yao plus 1-2 games suspension (possible?). That would arouse much more attention and arguments and create pressure for our beloved Mr. Stern to personally viewing the "bad officiating on Yao' tapes.

Shaq is never a flopper. In fact, Shaq said to himself that he hates flopper and like to play someone that play like a real man.

Those European they're very good at flopping like Mehkurt...Divac?? Sound familiar?? They're cheaters and don't have real talent when it comes to defense. When they know they don't have an advantage...what do they do?? Flop! Not man enough to meet the challenge.

Yao should say this: "I have a message for David Stern...if you don't change the rules next year to regulate floppers and call fouls on floppers for flopping, i will retire next year...i am serious!!"

This will be published everywhere and people no doubt be wondering if this is serious. Because if Yao retire, it will have grave consequence in regard to Chinese NBA market...profitability ect ect... no doubt. Of course Yao will not be serious...but it probably still be published and get attention.

I agree, he needs to play so that evry timje he gets called fror a foul the other guy gets hurt. I hate Malone, but there was a reason that nobody tried to strip him, because if you tried you would get a face full of elbow.

After a few hard fouls, it will stop; right now nobody gets penalized for reaching in; if it means they will get hurt, it will stop.

If Yao threatened to make a move to China due to officiating, Stern would stop the nonsense immediately.

In general, I'm against whining about the refs. Play agressively and they will start giving you calls, eventually. At least that's the way it used to be (and should be, IMO), but Yao doesn't get the calls! After this many years in the league, multiple All Star appearances, we still see games officiated like this, time and again. So **** it, Yao should do just what you suggested. I'll hold my nose and applaud if the big fella does it.

Time to go ballistic, Yao. Enough is enough.

YAO IS PISSED! I love it.

Just waiting for him to get that flagrant..and then an ejection...and to be more aggressive!

This is what Shaq has said about refs, Yao should take his advice...

“I thought the referees did an awful job tonight. I felt like they cheated tonight. And you can quote me on that. And if David Stern and them want to fine me, try to control people with money, they can take double and take triple, but you can’t control me with no money. I’ve been taking this same abuse for seven years. So **** them, I don’t care. Fine me. Period. That’s all I’ve got to say.”

Yao should complain about the refs every night until they learn.

    When did he say this?

Point: Shaq has 1 or 2 yrs left in the league. It would be more difficult for Yao to say this. He's got a lot longer left to play.

Yao has such pride in him that he doesn't want to be perceived as getting the so-called "super-star" treatment. That's why he hasn't complained. Now he just want some justice!

It barely registered a blip in national media. That's one of the reason Yao isn't always gave the benefit of doubt by the refs. Houston media market is just not big enough, and Houston doesn't have a nationally circulated media of its own.

Can anyone name a player in the NBA (past or present) who is officiated more unfairly than Yao? I've watched my share on NBA games, and I am very hard pressed to come up with anyone even close.

Yao needs to take some pointers from Deke (if he could understand them I cant imagine what that conversation would sound like) Play with your elbows out, and if you gonna get called for a foul make it count!! Thats what most players do to him. Shaq is the master of this cause he would rather clobber you b4 he lets you even try to dunk on him.

Yao should just play full strength for the rest of the season. If he kills, he kills. It only ups our chances at the trophy. :)
