Our hate for Utah is legit, they are a bunch of floppers who totally ruin Yao's game. It clearly is not them, like Yao said in the postgame, 2 flops against Toronto, 3 against Minny, 2 tonight, 2 against Chicago. But let's imagine some of our first rd opponents. Portland with Pryzbilla, Denver FLOPS ALOT if people don't know. At least RA and Yao brought this up now and not the playoffs. Lets hope for a fine so at least the league got the message.

Well Adelman has been complaining about it for a while now.

Maybe get Les in this. Do something desperate, Yao should say it's racism.

    Great thread.

Fronting has been always successful against Yao, but we can overcome that. Right now, the best defense is to just fall down, because you KNOW you are gonna get the ball back. And on the offensive end you can easily run into Yao, because they are not gonna call the charge.

    It has became PATHETIC.

curiously enough, i agree with that. we all know that simply complaining is not gonna work. contesting the unfair foul calls will fall on deaf ears.

however, if we insist that the calls are being racist, yeah, commentators everywhere (PTI, ATH, Rome, SportsRadio) will disagree vehemently and might even call us names - BUT IT'LL BE A STORY. it will definitely get stern's attention, and adjustments will definitely be made.

totally agree, flopping is become a epic and is like a game stratege for some teams. it's not like taking charges ,it's acting job with no dignity.I think NBA should start a rule before its too late, like in soccor, players acting to be fouled in the restrict area will be punished by a yellow card, maybe sometimes referee was wrong, the players do got fouled but the referee still gave him a yellow card, it happens but most of the times refree are right, and the players will think twice before he acting to fall down, but now in NBA players can fall down as often as he want, no risk of any punishment, its not fair even he succeded only once.
I used to reply very short sentences because english is not my native language, but I am so furustrated about Yao's situation now,I really hope we can come up some ideas to help him out ,to let the office know what's hurting NBA and fans.

    You mean like this rule?

Btw, the number of times it has been enforced so far? ZERO.

I couldn't even watch the game anymore after that one chump threw himself down in MID-RUN and they called a charge. I was afraid I was going to break something.

I think you were talking about I think either Brewer or Millsap on Artest when he was driving the lane?

One of the worst calls not only of the night, but that I've seen this season.

someone make a video comparison of yao , shaq , and dh on similar play which yao get the bad end of the stick. Share it with all the Clutchfans member and so we can upload it on youtube. Hopefully this would be recognize by the local media around the u.s. to get stern attention that we as a fan are fed up with this race card.

Les needs to pull a Cuban!! When he pointed out the moving screens, he was partially right and they started to focus on them an got the calls. Les should step up or tell RA or Morey to take the fine and get infront of the cameras over and over again complaining about it.

And as for Okur, didn't we see the same flop by Shaq against Howard the other night? And that was "the flop heard round the world" as far as the media was concerned.

I hate complaining about officiating b/c it just sounds like whining, but NOBODY gets the calls at home the calls that the j*zz gets at home, and that's not just against us, it's against everybody.

The message is obvious from the refs this year. Control the flop and control the game.

Yao with a midrange game will be unstoppable, am sure he can master it too easily because look at his FT percentage.

Guy of guard Yao either fronts him or play very close to the basket making the lane clog up. So if Yao can hit those mid range shot, he's gonna be unstoppable

    good insight!

flopping defense and refs are things to shut YAO down.

I still remember last year's road game against Magic when Yao was called for a foul when Howard fell down 5 miles away from Yao.

Flopping and fronting are the two big problems for Yao, Adelman has to figure them out sooner before the playoff. Talking about the flopping, that guy, Pryzbilla, who flopped twice in the one play like a chicken without a head, which was the worst ever flopping all time.
