Again, Yao scored majority of his points with Lowry in the game. AB simple don't know when, where and how to get Yao the ball

yeah i noticed this too. Its like the Jazz are taught to do every dirty trick in the book by sloan...they have always played this kind of game...jerry sloan needs to be shot or given the biggest sleaze bag coach award

Battier is a one dimensional player, we can't be playing 4 on 5 the entire game, of course the Jazz will be able to defend us.

Yeah I guess that makes sense. We were doing well on the boards in the 4th...

He can't when he has guys pushing him off the block and just leaning on him and then a guy coming down the lane to rake him across the arm. Its really something you have to see up close to understand. The guy takes a beating and the minute he responds to it hes hit with a foul. its the most frustrating thing to watch.

    bad coaching, imo.

the hottest player on the squad during the last 2 weeks is riding the pine while we fight for the game.
maybe im just dumb...and should stick to my armchair-qb'ing..but sometimes i think Adelman lives in a dream world that none of us can see...

I am very proud of the way Rockets played today. I actually was not expecting that this game would be close because of the fact that we were playing our 4th game in 5 nights. I think Shae missed couple of 3 pointers that he would normally make.

too bad rox lost this game...
yao did everything he could...2nd game of b2b, yao was tired...still he gave 19 pts, 7 rebs, 6 assts, 5 blks...he could have done better, but it was tough against the floppers-okur+brewer and the refs...
i love what lowry did in the 2nd half...played good defence...made a key 3 pt shot and attacked the rim relentlessly...
lets get over this bad loss and focus on dealing the coming desperate suns...

I'm starting to agree with this camp. Why not just let Lowry start? Brooks likes to score, and if he's not playing well with Yao then that's fine -- he can still get his minutes, just don't play him with the big guy.

Calm down, one game, we're still 4th in the league after 62 games.

Jeff Van Gundy said this 2 years ago during a regular season game vs the Jazz.

He said, If we outrebound them We win.... We didn't outrebound them and we didn't win. It's really that simple vs the Jazz.

If we match their toughness and hustle, we have no problem taking them out. They are not a good defensive team, they are a tough hustling team..

The game was called evenly...we just missed our free throws and Yao needs to grow a pair...at the end of the game prior to fouling out, he was actually trying harder than he did earlier in the game....he was tired but you can tell he was trying...I was impressed with Lowry...Brooks did suck tonite badly with indecision and dumb a$$ plays...in addition, he was hesitant to shoot and when he did, he missed often

Adelman also needs to consider not feeding Landry or Hayes in the low block.. it's as reliable a "go-to" play as a Lowry contested three..

he insist on doing this with whomever the reserve PF is that night.. it's not needed.. it's not necessary.. especially when you have Artest out there.. and moreover it's not a good play..

Hayes has no offensive game to speak of.. and Landry is constantly eaten alive whenever he turns his back to the basket..

lowry is basically in rafer's old role. brooks gets to play until he plays bad, then lowry comes in to steady the game. except with lowry u dont get an ego problem like u would with rafer.

Jeez man. It's a game, give the guys some credit. Also, Lowry AND Yao played good down the stretch. It kinda went downhill after Yao fouled out, but I'd rather see Yao foul out than to have him play passive. AND T-MAC NEVER FRIGN' TOOK ANY FRIGN BURDEN, all he does it smile and chat to other players on the court.
