http://www.boston.com/sports/basketball/articles/2009/03/01/hawks_try_to_get_homed_in/?page=3 Lock if already posted. Interesting considering most around here seem so positive that T-Mac was the one being traded for Baron.
LOL that's funny because i posted this in another thread lol I hope you didn't steal my idea. It sucks being a rookie when you can't post.
Haha well it wasn't my intention to do anything wrong. Just trying to contribute to clutchfans. Seems rather pathetic if that caused me to be locked or banned.
I don't think RealGM news gets locked. They just amalgamate news from other sources. Anyway, I would have liked that trade.
Realgm is kind of reliable unlike ***************. Realgm gets stuff right at least 90% of the time. whats wrong with them
Id like the trade if t-mac was healthy..but with him gone for the year kind of pointless seeing as how baron has had injury problems this year...Ron definently contributes more then b.diddy would ever do without a t-mac here
You're welcome to post RealGM articles... if they are their articles. If it's a regurgitation, word-for-word, of a newspaper article, which is what the majority of them are, then the actual source (in this case, the Boston Globe) should be linked to and credited. And that's already been posted. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=163792
LOL sorry I should have made myself more clear. I meant can't post threads yet because I'm still a rookie
Obviously, our chances took a big hit when McGrady couldn't get healthy. But, a Baron/Yao combo seems about as good as an Artest/Yao combo. And, then if McGrady comes back healthy and we have a Baron/McGrady/Yao team, that'd be incredible. I suppose you are trading risks. Baron is a big injury risk. Artest is a smaller injury risk, but a larger chemistry risk. Baron also has that long contract, but all signs point to resigning Artest anyway (to my dismay). I do like how Baron could transform the complexion of our offense. It's been a while since we've had an elite PG.
I honestly think if McGrady was healthy we wouldn't even be having this discussion about trading people.
