No I don't think Adelman is punishing Yao per se as I never said anything of that nature. I just think he made some very questionable decisions tonight. Lol they left brooks and lowry in? Big deal, we had 8 man rotations tonight. someone has to player. battier, scoal and Artest sat in the garbage minutes. Why not sub in Cook for Yao.

what can i say... you are a known regular basher of yao for no reason. how many magic games have you watched this year? the last one i watched was on friday when they play detroit. he was under single coverage all game long.

and the fact that he goes to the line 10 times a game only reflects the ineptness of the officiating and nothing more.

market power? If you truely watch tonight's game, do not ever talk about it again , you may talk about chinese background effects on these dumb officer call . Yao got two quick fouls because flopping, even Wolf's team TV announcer repeatly said how the office did it.

no one, is doubled and abused without a foul called as much and often as yao - in the entire league.

which part of that is hard for you to understand and recognize?

Fair enough. I don't know why adelman chose to keep yao in the entire 4th quarter, but I'm sure he had a decent reason. Perhaps his post game presser addresses this question.

Yet you do realize that Magic fans complain about Dwight getting abused almost after every game like we do?

The NBA does NOT know how to officiate Big men...PERIOD. They don't know HOW TO DO IT. Shaq used to be abused in his prime also. Add to the fact that Yao is more finesse than power than he's not going to get a lot of calls.

Dwight gets as much attention as Yao. They run guys in front of him, guys flop against him, they slap at his arms. Dwight is easier to play man on man is true, but he gets under the rim and you can't play him Man on man because he's just going to dunk.

People acting like Yao has a new type of defense invented just to stop Yao or something.

If I count it right, its the SEVENTH(or eighth?) sixers game we've had this season, I guess it won't be the last.

I don't want to get into silly arguments, but you are so wrong on this. NO ONE fires a coach if the team isn't expected to win, as will be the case if Yao goes down. I don't think Adelman ever worry about getting fired because someone gets hurt. One of the reason Morey cited to support RA in last years playoff ineptitude is that Yao was hurt.

Landry helped the front line tonight.

I believe Adelman needs to get another big man or start using Deke more.

There's a problem when your PG is taking the most shots on the team.

I know RA's offense doesn't have a traditional PG but Brooks taking that many shots is a bad omen IMO.

Lol and what does it prove, that they doubled him once?

The Pistons have been known for their stubbornness to play man defense, especially with Billups there.

I remember one of their players, Sheed maybe saying they had too much pride individually on defense to double guys.

You don't even have to double Yao, you just have to front him anyways

Yes, detouring because you bought up fouls.

Then I got right back on subject because you act like Yao is the only Center to get doubled in the history of basketball
