If buttered hands guarantees 6 blocked shots per game, I'll live with it.

Remember back in the 05/06 season, when Yao got injured and he couldn't run he would do various drills for improving his hands like catching tennis balls. When he came back, he was a markedly improved player and his turnover dropped way down. Maybe the Rockets should get him to do those drills again.

Yao is such a big guy it takes a while for his brain signals to get to his hands. That explains his slow reaction to the ball. :D

Soft hand = bad grip = excellent shooter = Yao
Rough hand = good grip = terrible shooter = Shaq

Yao just has bad hands. We've known that for years now and there is nothing new here. With Yao Ming, you get the good with the bad. His flaws are part of the package and the reason why the Rockets need at least another star player to be a legit contender.

WRONG!! I seen players that never get any Championship and they're Hall of Famers. So your analogy is wrong.

What i am saying is that ....if you want Yao to have good grip on the ball, then he must be a bad shooter like Shaq?? Do you want him be a bad shooter?? No right?? There is a trade off. You can't have both. Likewise, if Shaq is a good shooter, he wouldn't have good grip on the ball and he would be soft like gurls. Wait, is Yao a girl? hmm...that's a question up for debate..i remember he has a pic that look like one......

I'm content with his bad hands if he can block six shots.

I've never eaten it. Maybe it is good, though, I know the Chicken in Chicken Fried Rice is good.

There is a tradeoff, and all things considered I think I'd prefer it if Yao had Shaq's hands.

Unfortunately, he only gets about 1.73 a game.
