Flip it around, name one post player that IS effective when they are fronted with weakside help? This is not Yao's issue, it is a team issue, others have to take advantage of the opportunity that is created by these gimmick defenses. DD
Ok, just rewatched the final quarter of the game last night and I will agree they sagged Noah down backside with Miller fronting so I'll soften the stance a bit and leave this thread to go read the "how to beat the front" thread, you win DD.
Funny how most people, including me , thought we were all that after beating the crap out of the Cavs (also the Nets and Bobcats) in this short streak. If we would've looked closer at the previous games we should've seen it coming because it happened against the Mavs & Blazers before. If it wasn't for the two 3s by AB against Dallas we would've realised this team will remain inconsistent the rest of the season earlier. Had Artest made one of the three 3pt tries late in the game last night nobody would've complained, again me included. Funny how that works huh ?
