Anyone else mildly upset that Violet Palmer officiated both of these games? I mean I'm glad for the outcome in this game, but Cleveland fans must be cussing her out right about now as an excuse to their woes. It was such a blowout though, and our loss there was so close, that I think it evens out that we have won this matchup this year. The two Violets cancelled each other out.
What would cavs be complaining about? The ref failed to rig the game in their favor? If they want to complain about Toyata-depth-perception, be my guest
Yao held up the end of his promise and taught 'em a lesson, and now we should look forward to the playoff time. 'See you in the finals'
dunked on lebron, blocked lebron, broke ben wallace's leg, injured lebron... damn Yao, messssage sent!
Those two charges at the end of the first half were completely legitimate (especially the one where Lebron rolled into Battier, that was just beautiful, he knew it was coming and sat there for a good 2 seconds), but you can't tell me the refs would give us that in Cleveland. So yes, Cavs fans will be complaining about the failure of the refs to rig the game for them.
Cav Fans should be thanking Violet. Without her, the Cavs would have been out of the game by second quarter.
Cavs should also be grateful LBJ got away with that elbow to Yao's chest early in the game. If the commentators called it out, you know it was bad.
